Our Story
A Parish Built on Martyrs' Faith
St. Matia Mulumba Catholic Parish stands on the historic grounds of Old Kampala Hill — a site deeply intertwined with Uganda's Catholic heritage. Named after St. Matia Mulumba, one of the Uganda Martyrs canonised in 1964, our parish carries forward a legacy of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering faith.
For generations, this community has been a beacon of spiritual growth, social service, and cultural vibrancy in the heart of Kampala. We welcome all who seek God's grace.
